The ‘cuttlefish sashimi’, which is fished from the fish tank and processed as soon as it is ordered, is the ultimate in freshness. The squid meat moves continuously on the bowl, giving it a crispy texture and the sweetness that only live fish can offer. In addition to squid, the menu also includes seafood dishes such as assorted sashimi of fresh seasonal fish from the surrounding seas and Spanish mackerel grilled with yuzu miso, as well as a wide range of meat dishes such as chicken Hachiman-maki and Wagyu beef steak. A sumptuous sushi dish is also offered at the end of the course.
