Very easy to get my simcard and the location is very central inside arrival south lobby. Also I get a collectible iPass card too. Very convenience.
The booth to claim this was in the hallway to departure area. Activation and registration done via your mobile phone. Have your passport handy upon claiming

Staff helped to install new SIM card. Quick service. Getting a free Easy card is a plus!
Even though I read the fine print and knew beforehand that I'll be landing before the counter at my terminal (terminal 1) opens for business, it was still extremely difficult to find the correct counter at terminal 2. Just book on Klook instead, the counter was opened at 6am and it was right outside the arrival hall you can't miss it.
