[Please confirm the following before booking]

1. Minimum age for snorkeling: 5 years and above; minimum age for introductory diving: 10 years and above; maximum age for both activities is under 60 years old on the day of the activity.
2. For safety reasons, bookings cannot be accepted for participants weighing over 100 kg for men or over 80 kg for women.
3. Minors must bring a consent form signed by a parent or guardian on the day of the activity; participants aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
4. Activities will proceed as scheduled even in the rain, provided sea conditions are safe for sailing.
5. Due to rapidly changing weather in Okinawa and the narrow entrance to the Blue Cave, it may not be possible to enter the cave if wind direction or speed is unfavorable. In such cases, we will move the diving/snorkeling activity to a nearby location. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided for changes to the activity location.
6. [Meeting at Maeganeku Fishing Port, Onna Village] / [Naha/American Village Pickup Service] The port only provides basic rinsing facilities and public restrooms for changing.
   
7. The instructors speak Japanese and basic English (written guides in Korean/English/Chinese are provided on-site).
8. If the minimum number of participants is not met, a full refund will be issued.

• [Meeting at Maeganeku Fishing Port, Onna Village] / [Naha/American Village Round-Trip Transfer Package]

 The minimum group size is 3 for snorkeling and 2 for introductory diving and free diving, but bookings for 1 traveler are accepted. The tour runs once the minimum is reached on the day; if not, you will need to wait for the group to be formed. 

For safety reasons, you will not be able to participate in the activity and no refunds will be provided if you fall under any of the following categories on the day of the activity:

• Pregnant women, individuals with physical disabilities, mobility issues, mental health conditions, circulatory system disorders, respiratory system disorders, cardiovascular diseases, claustrophobia, high blood pressure, asthma, pneumothorax, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver diseases, those who have consumed alcohol or are hungover, those who regularly take medication, those who have undergone surgery, or those with serious illnesses.
• Please note that even if you have had any of the aforementioned conditions in the past but do not currently require medication, you are still unable to participate in this activity.
  

• If the on-site instructor determines that your physical condition is unsuitable for water activities or does not meet the provider's health standards, you will not be able to participate. (*If you are unsure about your physical condition, please inquire via the message box before booking.)

• For safety reasons, you must wait 12–24 hours after diving before boarding a flight.
