- Please do not take coupons from your driver to exchange the ticket, and do not provide vehicle plate numbers at the ticket counter. Otherwise, your tickets will be rejected and non-refundable.
- Guests with mobility impairments, including those using wheelchairs or walking sticks, are not permitted to enter the tiger cage for safety reasons.
- Guests will spend approximately 10 minutes inside the cage, during which they can interact with and take photos with the tigers under staff supervision.
- To access the Canopy Sky Walk, guests must first purchase the standard program and then add the Sky Walk ticket as an upgrade.
- Tiger Park reserves the right to cancel, modify pricing, or update program details and conditions without prior notice.
- Note: Children under 15 years old or under 160 cm in height are only allowed in the Smallest/Newborn category.
- Children under 2 years old may join free of charge in the Smallest/Newborn category when accompanied by a parent.
- Cheetah ticket holders must be over 16 years old and taller than 110 cm.

It was a great xperienced
The tiger park is an interesting experience, giving you a close up view & the experience of touching a real live tiger.
Twas amazing to see the tigers! Brought my mum with me and we were in love with the tigers and their characters. The park is quite a distance so do allocate enough time to get there. Getting a private hire from the app takes awhile. So best you book a private car with your pelago booking to save time. Tigers were all roaming around their pen or play area. Mum and I chose the small tiger cos its our first time so didnt want a tiger too big. Baby tigers were so cute too. Service staff at the counter, ticketing and tiger handlers were so friendly and such a joy to interact with. Highly recommend to visit as I would definitely return to visit the other tigers.
Tiger photo taking a bit too fast.
They didnt accept the booking and i had to book again at the park. They wanted a minimum 3 days booking. Eventually The park doesnt worth visiting.
It was awesome as an experience. The tigers were really good and staff hospitable and cheerful. They allowed us to touch 2 tigers in every cage but one of them was always sleeping... not sure if this was due to the heat.
