Must Know
Luggage is not allowed on board
Strollers are allowed, but must be folded and stored in the salon during the cruise. Kids can't be in strollers prior to boarding

Usage
Present your smartphone ticket at the dock
There is a bag check in place prior to boarding
Departure is at the southeast corner of the Michigan Avenue Bridge. Look out for the black awning at the top of the stairway and make your way to the box office which is at the riverwalk level
The cruise departs at 10:00. Make sure to check in 30 minutes before, as check-in starts no later than 15 minutes before departure!
Post Purchase
Please make sure to check the directions to the dock beforehand, as Google Maps and GPS tend to lose signal in this area

Brought my two dogs with me for the canine cruise. The guide Haley was awesome, balancing insight and humor. Ship was clean and views were spectacular. Great experience and loved that there was parking validation.
