Highlights

The lesson of Homemade Gelato is an opportunity to really understand how the authentic recipe of True Italian Gelato is built. With the assistance of the Maestro Gelataio participants can learn how to prepare 2 flavors, a Ice Cream with Milk Base ( Crema, Pistachio, Chocolate, ....) and a Water Based Fruit Sorbet ( Strawberry, Melon, Lemon,...) Once completed this lesson you can enjoy the ice cream prepared by you.
