• To drive a go-kart on public roads, a valid Japanese driving document is required. Without the correct document, joining the tour will not be possible
• Please read the following and bring all the required documents
  1. Please bring the following three documents:
  - Driver's license from your home country
  - International driver's license issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention (must be issued in the country of departure)
  - Passport
  2. If your driver's license is issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Estonia or Monaco:
  - Official Japanese translation by a certified agency of your driver's license in your home country (Online application here | JAF)
  - Passport
  3. For U.S. military personnel:
  - SOFA license or active military ID and in-state driver's license combination
• Important notice regarding driver's licenses: International driver's licenses must be issued by an authorized issuing authority in your country. Common examples are:
  - Australia – AAA
  - United States – AAA or AATA
  - UK – AA or RAC
  - Canada – CAA
• International driver's licenses under the 1968 Vienna Convention are not accepted in Japan
• Present the original international driver's license on the activity day, or participation will be denied without a refund
• The International Driving Permit (IDP) must be in booklet format, not paper
• Ensure you have valid documentation to drive in Japan. Incorrect documents may result in denied participation without a refund. If unsure, please contact directly for verification of your documentation’s validity

• Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, a safety briefing, and a go-kart demonstration. A 10-minute grace period applies, but if arrival is later than that, participation may not be possible. Rescheduling is allowed if slots are available; otherwise, no refund will be given
• Please do not consume alcohol before the tour. If intoxication is suspected, participation will be denied with no refund
• Please avoid wearing long skirts, high heels, or sandals for safety reasons
• This activity is not wheelchair accessible. Infants cannot sit on laps, and baby seats are not available
• Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions should not participate for safety reasons
• Please bring a valid driver’s license, international driver’s license, or required translation. Failure to do so will result in denied participation with no refund
• If the tour is canceled due to poor weather, a full refund will be issued, or rescheduling may be possible based on availability
• Reservations may be modified or canceled due to company reasons, such as go-kart issues. In such cases, a full refund will be provided
• Under Japanese law, the driver's license must have been issued in a country or region that is a signatory to the Geneva Convention and must be in the format prescribed by that convention, so customers who do not have such a license cannot use this product
  - Depending on the country or region, a license issued under the Geneva Convention may follow the Vienna Convention format. In this case, it will not meet the required format, and driving will not be allowed
• Drivers from Taiwan, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, or Monaco must attach a Japanese translation issued by the license authority in their country, an embassy, or a consulate in Japan
• Restrictions apply, including a validity period based on the landing date in Japan or the license’s expiration date, whichever is shorter. An international driver’s license is valid for one year from the issue date
• Driving on public roads without a valid license is considered unlicensed driving and is punishable by law
