The Cooking Incoming Experience involves the participants in the creation of a complete traditional Piedmontese menu. The activity, completely practical, will be supervised by our professional chef who, in English, will guide the participants in the creation of a Piedmontese mixed appetizer, a homemade first course, such as plin or tajarin and a local dessert. All the dishes prepared will be tasted accompanied by an excellent glass of red wine. The cooking class takes place over three hours and will include a visit to the Porta Palazzo Central Market, one of the largest in Europe.
