Itinerary
At 6:20 am, be ready at 204 Tran Quang Khai street to hop on the bus departing for Sapa via Lao Cai
Continue to Sa Pa and see the colorful costumes of the Hmong, Dzao, and Tay people
The representative in Sapa will welcome you at the bus stop and take you to the hotel so you can relax and enjoy a lunch of local dishes in Sapa town
Option 1: Go trekking to Cat Cat village
2:30 pm: Go on a short walk to the Gate of Cat Cat village, home to Black Hmong ethnic people and located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals. Go trekking down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station, and snap a quick photo with the bridge and the waterfall before trekking back up the hill to get back to Sapa with very beautiful scenery in the late afternoon
Option 2: Trekking to Ma Tra of Black Hmong and Ta Phin of Red Zdao people
2:30 pm: Go on a 20-minute drive to Ma Tra village and trek in the village to see the beautiful view of terrace fields and mountains. Visit a Hmong family to understand their daily life. Then, move to Ta Phin to visit the Dao people in the local market. This is the less touristy itinerary, with many greats things to see
5:00 pm: Come back to Sapa Town to have dinner and spend the night at the hotel with fun night activities
Option 1: Trek visit Ham Rong Mountain: At 8:00 am, the local guide will pick you up at the hotel to trek to Ham Rong mountain where you can see the nice mountain views with orchids and a great botany garden
Option 2: Transfer to visit Fansipan: At 8:00 am, the driver will pick you up at the hotel to head to Fansipan cable car station. You will buy tickets by yourself to explore Fansipan Peak. The driver will wait for you to come back and get back to the hotel in Sapa
12:00 pm: Check out and have lunch. Then, be ready to get on the bus
1:30 pm: The bus departs for Hanoi. On the way, have some short breaks for dinner to refresh
8:45 pm: You will be back in Hanoi. Then, go back to your hotel by yourself
