  • Step 2 – Redeem for Physical Ticket

    Redemption Required
    Show your mobile voucher and a valid ID at one of the designated Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centers - Shinjuku West (Odakyu Line Shinjuku Station B1, West Underground Exit) or Odawara Station (across from Odakyu ticket vending machines).

  • Step 3 – Collect Your Pass

    ID Verification Required
    Receive your physical transport pass. The pass is valid only for the person whose name appears on it. Ensure details match your ID.

  • Step 4 – Activate and Travel(途经)

    Unlimited Rides
    Start using your pass immediately after redemption. Enjoy unlimited rides on Odakyu lines, buses, cable cars, ropeways, and sightseeing cruises within the covered areas.

  • Step 5 – Explore Key Destinations(途经)

    Multiple Regions
