Outside school holidays: Saturday & Sunday: 09:00-17:00. Monday & Friday: 10:00 -16:00. During school holidays: 7 days a week, 09:00-17:00 (last tickets 15:45).
Pre Purchase
Children under 4 can join for free and don't need a ticket
Passes must be picked up at Katoomba railway station
Family passes for the bus and Scenic World available directly with the supplier
Usage
Go to the Blue Mountains Explorer Bus office adjacent to the Katoomba railway station to exchange your smartphone voucher for a bus pass and a Scenic World Unlimited Rides pass
Pass valid for 1 calendar day and can be redeemed any time within 12 months from date of purchase
Post Purchase
Wave at the approaching bus to signal that you want to hop on
Buses depart every 1 hour. First bus from Katoomba at 09:00
Last bus from Scenic World (stop #11) at 16:17

Everything was great. The driver of the bus was excellent. However, may I suggest that your office add some more service bus, so tourist will have an easier time to hop in hop off.
Attraction closed to fast, 3pm we cant used it
There is only one bus so it only arrives once an hour. Unless you like walking you may find it is a long wait between rides.
