These session feels like a meditation through movement that helps you reveal and release images, memories, and emotions from your subconscious.
We will focus on developing your somatic awareness through anatomy-based sequences such as breath flow exercises, gentle movement, and relaxation. We will use this grounding experience to guide you into a meditative state to channel images, memories, and intuitions from your subconscious.
When you emerge from your dreamtime journey, your facilitator will help you integrate the information channeled during the session to create a truly meaningful transformation in your life.
The whole process will be recorded in your own dreamtime journal so that you can continue to benefit from your session in the days to come.

These are a new way to experience the connection between your body and your subconscious mind. After an initial conversation, your teacher will create a unique selection of exercises and dream journeys that are ideal for you right now. All of our exercises are touchless, simple, and accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. This experience can be useful to overcome limiting patterns in the body and move beyond hidden beliefs to generate a feeling of confidence and reconnect with your authentic purpose.
