Highlights

We will continue the journey with one of the guides through the area of Camp Poincenot Base, cross the
bridge over the White River, and from there it begins to gain height quickly. In total there are about 430
meters of elevation for almost 3 km. until reaching the climax: the Lagoon of the Three.
The group arrives at a morene ridge from where it can be seen in
all its glory the Fitz Roy massif and at its feet the Lagoon and Glacier of the Three.
It will surely be the perfect time for lunch enjoying an unforgettable view and moment.

From here it is possible to access the trails that surround the peaks of Cerro Torre and Mount Fitz Roy, to the northwest. Near Fitz Roy, a path leads to the viewpoint of the Los Tres Lagoon. Just northwest of the town, the shore of the Capri lagoon offers views of the mountains. It is an activity of medium to high physical demand, aimed at those travelers who want to travel paths through native forests and mountain rivers, with unique views of the glaciers and hills of El Chaltén
Once in El Chaltén, at approximately 08:30 hs., a short stop is made for those who wish to go to the bathroom before starting the march. A second trekking guide will accompany the group during the hike.
Those who hesitate to continue with the second section, much more demanding than the first, will continue the journey with one of the two guides as GROUP 2 to the beautiful Laguna Capri, another of the must-see attractions of El Chaltén. There you have lunch before continuing the descent to El Chaltén.
GROUP 1 continues the journey with one of the guides through the Poincenot Base Camp area, crosses the bridge over the White River, and from there begins to gain height quickly. In total, you climb about 430 meters of elevation for almost 3 km. until you reach the climax: the Lagoon of the Three.
At approximately 19:00 hs the minibus leaves for the city of El Calafate, where the service concludes leaving passengers in each hotel between 21 and 22 hours.
This service only operates on odd days.
Age limit: 10 to 55 years. (Non-exclusive over 55 if you have good physical condition can be up to 59 years)
Guides: up to 7 pax goes 1 guide, from 8 van 2.
Personal equipment needed - Small backpack. - Bottle with water. - Footwear with non-smooth sole. - Waterproof coat and jacket. - Sunscreen. - Sunglasses. - Beanie and warm gloves. - Beanie for the sun.
