Tour operator reached out a day in advance via whatsapp to confirm the tour location and itinerary. overall a great experience to see the sights outside of seoul.
Reese was a super helpful guide! Very friendly too. It was a full day tour but nth felt rushed at all! My fam and I enjoyed ourselves a lot today!
Highly recommended. We had Hoober Kim who is the tour guide as well as the driver for our trip. He is trilingual - Korean, Mandarin and English. He is very thoughtful, humorous, informative and kind. He ensures everyone on the tour is well and keeps sharing on each site informative, concise and entertaining. He also helps take photo on some highlighted site. Absolutely amazing experience!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Reese was our tour guide, she can speak multiple languages and explained the locations really well. Enjoyed her tour!
We had Martin as a guide and it was a very enjoyable experience. He was calm and organised, leaving us ample time to explore each area despite having a fully packed schedule. We had a mishap, leaving a jacket on the bus as we got dropped off as final passengers at night. Martin was very helpful in contacting the driver, who was kind enough to wait for us at a location to return it to us the next morning. Five stars all around for both the guide and bus driver.
