In this hands-on class, you'll make fettuccine, ravioli, and tortellini, then enjoy your creations with fresh sauces prepared by the chef. The experience ends with a chocolate salami dessert, limoncello, a wine tasting from our own production, and a booklet to recreate your pasta at home.
