    This activity requires an International Driving Permit under 1949 GENEVA CONVENTION or another valid driving license in Japan (such as Japanese license, Japanese Translation or SOFA license). 1968 Vienna Convention, IDA, IAA or any other permits acquired online are NOT RECOGNIZED by Japan.
Online copy or any digital copy of your permits are NOT valid.
Driving permits from Indonesia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Kuwait, Qatar, and some countries are NOT ALLOWED to drive in Japan, please check if your country issues the 1949 Geneva Convention Permits.
