If you are late or absent without notice, it will be treated as a cancellation and a cancellation fee may apply. Be sure to contact us in advance if you will be late. Participation Requirements & Health Eligible age: 7–59 years The following individuals are not eligible for participation: Pregnant individuals (including early stages) Children aged 0–6 Those with pre-existing medical conditions Those who weigh over 100 kg Those concerned about physical strength or fear of the ocean—please consult us in advance Gear & Safety For ocean activities, wearing a life jacket, fins, and mask is mandatory. If you refuse to wear the required gear, you may be denied participation. Always follow the guide’s instructions for your safety. Weather Tours operate in light rain. However, they may be canceled if field conditions are deemed unsafe. Pick-Up & Meeting Location Depending on availability, you may be asked to meet on-site. If you require pick-up service, please contact us after completing your booking. Clothing & Preparation Wear clothing that can get wet. There are no restrooms at the site, so please use the restroom in advance. No participation is allowed under the influence of alcohol. Parking Depending on the site, a parking fee of ¥1,000–¥2,000 may apply. About Cave Photos The cave photos shown are from previous tours. Currently, photos may only be taken at the entrance. Languages Tours are available in Japanese or English. Please note that tours may be conducted in Japanese only depending on the reservation situation.
