• Kayak tours are open to people aged 2 and over in good health.
• SUP tours are open to people aged 10 and over in good health.
• For safety, all customers are required to wear life jackets and special sandals.
• Please gather 10 minutes before the start.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women and those who have been drinking on the day cannot participate.
• Depending on the number of participants and the condition of the field, the end time of the tour may change slightly.
• If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend that you prepare for motion sickness in advance.
• Please wear clothes that are easy to move in and that you don't mind getting wet. When getting on and off the SUP, you will be submerged in water up to your knees, and there will be some splashes while rowing the SUP and during the tour.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
