A: Yes, airport pick-up is available. After booking, please provide your
flight number.
Q: Can we bring luggage or suitcases?
A: Small bags are allowed but we do not recommend bringing large suitcases.
Q: Can we choose our preferred departure time?
A: For private tours, you can freely adjust the departure time based on your
preference. For join tours, the tour will depart at the fixed scheduled time.
Q: Can we request an English or Korean-speaking guide?
A: Yes, you can request an English or Korean-speaking guide. An additional fee
will apply: 100,000 VND per group for an English-speaking guide and 350,000
VND per group for a Korean-speaking guide. The fee must be paid directly to
the guide on site. Please request in advance, as guide availability depends on
local conditions.
Q: Is the traditional rowing boat ride safe?
A: Yes, the activity is operated according to local safety regulations and is
safe to experience.

- The local guide will join the tour from the boat station.
