- Ticket and Operation Information -

• Children aged 2 and under and holders of a disability certificate are admitted for free.
• The temple has irregular closing days, and visiting hours vary by date. It is recommended to check the latest announcements on the official website before your visit.
  
• The last entry time is 30 minutes before closing. Please be mindful of the closing time on the day of your visit.
  
• Admission is free from January 1st to January 5th. No refunds will be provided for tickets already purchased.
  
• For the Katsuo-ji Temple Admission Ticket only plan: Free cancellation is available on or before the Expiration Date shown on the voucher (based on Japan Standard Time). Please contact customer service if needed.
  
• For plans including the shuttle bus: Free cancellation is available until 23:59 (Japan Standard Time) on the day before the usage date. No refunds will be provided from the day of usage onwards. Please contact customer service if needed.

- Parking and Transportation Notes -

• On weekends and Japanese national holidays, the temple parking lot requires advance reservation. Only pre-booked vehicles are permitted; waiting on-site for entry is not allowed.
• On weekdays, entry may be restricted if the parking lot is full. Please follow the instructions provided on-site.

- Shuttle Bus Package Notes (Applicable only to plans including the shuttle bus) -

• The outbound bus departs at the time specified for each plan. Please arrive at the boarding point before the departure time. No specific time is required for the return trip; you may take any return bus on the day of use.
• Boarding points: For the Minoh-kayano Station departure plan, please use Bus Stop No. 1 at the Minoh-kayano Station bus rotary. For the Hankyu Minoh Station departure plan, please use the Hankyu Minoh Station bus rotary. Each plan departs from a specific station and boarding at other stations is not permitted.
• The guaranteed seat bus plan ensures a seat, but specific seat assignments cannot be requested.
• Only round-trip tickets are sold for the bus; one-way tickets are not available. Bus arrival times may be delayed due to traffic conditions on the day.
• Same-day tickets are sold only if there are remaining seats on the bus.
• One ticket per person. Tickets are for personal use only and may not be transferred or resold.
• Actual routes and schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to official announcements for any discrepancies.
• This bus tour is planned and operated by Hankyu Travel International Co., Ltd. (Japan Tourism Agency Registered Travel Agency No. 1847) as a package tour. There is no tour guide accompanying the group; assistance will be provided by local staff.
