There are various itineraries to choose from, depending on your interests. One option is to leave Douro Marina toward Ribeira and enjoy the most breathtaking views of Douro river estuary and Porto city (Dom Luís I bridge, Alfandega do Porto, cellars, etc). Another option is setting a course to west toward the Porto skyline. On this course we would see, the Arrábida Bridge (at the time of its completion [1963] the bridge's main span of 270 metres [890 ft] was the largest of any concrete-arch bridge in the world). Once on the ocean we would see Porto Cruise Terminal that was design by the Portuguese Architect Luís Pedro Silva and deserved top spot in the category of ‘Public Architecture' among the best architectural projects worldwide.

Sit back and enjoy a beverage while enjoying the views and sailing. For the more adventurous, help sail the boat by taking the helm or working a winch. Impromptu sailing lessons are always available from Captain Raul.
