Booked on saturday at 9:00. Our children were the only guests. Parents could enter the park and watch the kids without paying the entry tickets. Tips afterwards were asked.

It was amazing. The kiddos really enjoyed.

I specifically chose this activity because it did not involve animals, as we are sensitive to their treatment and strongly oppose unethical practices toward animals in Thailand. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to see elephants present, as they were not mentioned in the program details. While waiting outside the office for our activity to begin, we witnessed a deeply distressing incident: one of the workers began violently striking an elephant on the head repeatedly with a wooden bat. The elephant was screaming, my children were in tears, and the staff nearby were laughing. This horrifying experience deeply upset my family and completely ruined our planned activity. We strongly oppose animal cruelty and regret ever booking this experience. The incident has had a lasting negative impact on my children, and we are heartbroken by what we witnessed.
