What You Can Expect


A 2.5-hour experience that takes you through the heart of the Sydney Harbour
Bridge. Often described as a "cathedral of steel" along its lower arch to the
Summit. It is highly recommended as a team favorite and is ideal for
adventurers who want to skip ladders or have a bit less time to spare.


You will walk along the catwalks above Sydney Harbour, arriving at the base of
the lower arch on the Opera House side. You then ascend the lower arch
surrounded by riveted steel beams, finally taking a short staircase to the
upper arch to reach the Summit before descending back to base

Purchase Notice
  • This tour welcomes children aged 8 to 15 years old. They must be at least 120 cm tall and must be accompanied by an adult. Each adult can bring up to three children. 
  • The trip requires climbing high and steep stairs and passing through narrow passages. Various weather conditions may occur. It is recommended to assess your physical condition before booking. 
  • Pre-ordering this product indicates your agreement to all terms and conditions . No refunds will be accepted if you have any objections to the terms. 
  • All participants are required to fill in a health declaration form on site. 
  • Please refer to the official website for more terms and frequently asked questions . 

Those who are not suitable for this activity (may not be able to participate): 

  • Those under 8 years old or under 120 cm in height. 
  • Pregnant women over 24 weeks are not allowed to participate. Pregnant women under 24 weeks must present a BridgeClimb Certificate of Fitness, that must be downloaded from BridgeClimb’s website and signed by a GP. Please also note that, the Certificate of Fitness must have been completed within the last three months prior to your experience date
  • Those with a history of epilepsy or convulsions in the past six months.

This itinerary is not affected by weather conditions. If you are late or fail to show up due to bad weather (such as rain or typhoon), no refunds or rescheduling will be given.
The Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb runs year-round, rain or shine, with equipment provided based on the weather.
In case of special weather conditions such as thunderstorms or extremely strong winds, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the itinerary depending on the circumstances.
Please wear shoes with covered rubber soles when climbing to ensure safety.
Climbers must pass a breathalyzer test with a blood alcohol concentration below 0.05 before they can participate in the trip.
To maintain safety and confidentiality, cameras, photographic equipment, and mobile phones are not allowed during the climb. Lockers will be provided on site for storage.
If climbers wear watches, bracelets, or fitness trackers (such as FitBit), they must also be placed in the locker; small earrings and rings are allowed to remain worn.
If you need to wear glasses or sunglasses during the daytime session, please inform the staff in advance and they will help you secure them to your climbing equipment.
Backpacks and personal belongings are not allowed during the climb, and lockers are available on site for safe storage.
If you are 75 years of age, or older, you will also need to provide a Certificate of Fitness signed by a Doctor. Please download this form and bring it with you on the day. Please note, the Certificate of Fitness must have been completed within the last three months prior to your experience date.
