Transfer In

• The no-show policy is 1 hour after the flight lands
• If a flight is delayed, the operator must be notified one hour before the scheduled departure time. The pick-up time will be changed, and the no-show policy will be calculated based on the new time
• Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags are not accommodated
• The operator has the right to refuse the reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicles; there will be no refund in this case
• If hotels are located outside of the Pratunam, Silom, and Sukhumvit zones, there is a surcharge of ฿‎200
• If the car breaks down during your journey, the driver will notify the operator, and the operator will arrange for another car or we will contact local transportation. The responsibility must be from the operator's side, there is no issue of refunds
• There is no issue of refunds for traffic conditions

• The no-show policy is 30 minutes
