Maungawhau / Mt Eden is one of Auckland’s most visited maunga (mountain) with over one million visitors each year. Many walkways lead to the tihi (summit) and spectacular views over the city and Waitematā Harbour. Some tracks are stony and steep. Be sure to stick to formed paths.

Devonport is a relaxed bayside village with upscale cafes and seafood restaurants and as well as classic kiwi pubs and fish & chips shops. The volcanic cone of North head has spectacular views of Rangitoto Island on one side and Auckland city on the other. You can explore the village and try kiwi style fish & chips or the famous homemade Devonport chocolates with a walk around North head. Food & Drinks costs extras.
