1. Towering

[User Guide]

1) Purchase tickets and receive mobile tickets (available 1 hour after purchase)

2) Enter after exchanging the QR code receipt at the ticket checkpoint or kiosk.

- Children under 36 months can use the service for free with proof of age (proof of age required).

- Children under 36 months and under 150 cm tall may ride when accompanied by a guardian (adult).

• If you lose your QR code ticket, you will not be able to enter, reissue, or receive a refund.

• If there is a waiting list for boarding, you may board after waiting. (The ticketing cutoff time may vary depending on the number of people waiting.)

• Please note that operation may be suspended for safety reasons due to weather conditions such as strong winds or heavy rain. (100% cancellation/refund is possible in case of cancellation.)

• In the event of an unforeseen circumstance where disembarkation is difficult due to staff discretion, you may be asked to ride one more lap for safety reasons. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from this.

• Please note that emergency service interruptions are unavoidable for customer safety and there is no separate compensation other than a 100% refund.

• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own negligence.

• Partial issuance or partial cancellation is not possible for this product.

• Pets are not allowed on board (no carriers, bags, or strollers)

• Bringing in food is not allowed.

• Strollers and wheelchairs are not allowed inside the Towering cabin.

• Towering has a slope leading to the boarding area, so those with limited mobility are restricted from boarding and must be assisted by a guardian.

• Entry may be restricted for those who pose a safety risk, such as those who are intoxicated, the elderly, the weak, those with a fear of heights, or those with weak physical or mental abilities.

• Pregnant women may be restricted from riding the Ferris wheel starting from the 32nd week.

• The maximum capacity in the Towering Ferris Wheel cabin is 8 people (including infants and toddlers).

[Note]

• Customers who cause inconvenience to other guests, such as drinking or making loud noises, will be denied entry and will be asked to leave.

• Food and drinks are not allowed.
