Our day begins with a visit to a renowned Parmigiano Reggiano dairy, where you’ll witness the art of cheese-making and savor the rich flavors of this iconic Italian cheese.
then, we will visit one of Modena’s oldest traditional balsamic vinegar families. The owner will welcome you, touring his real estate and seeing all the stages of production from the pressing of grapes to the barrel aging.
The experience includes plenty of vinegar samples and you’ll taste some very old vinegars, more then 50 y.old, too.
A delicious FULL lunch will be served, too.
In the afternoon visit the glorious Ferrari Museum. This museum focuses on the auto manufacturer’s history and production.

The producer himself will warmly welcome us, guiding us through the vineyards and showcasing every stage of production, from grape pressing to barrel aging. The delightful aroma of vinegar will fill the air, tantalizing your senses. While Modena’s balsamic vinegar is known worldwide, it truly deserves to be experienced in all its depth, from its origins in the vineyard to the table, and beyond. During this experience, you will have the opportunity to sample various vinegars, including some that are more than 50 years old. Additionally, as this family produces olive oil, we will also indulge in a proper olive oil tasting before our lunch.
