In the ancient city you can visit the aqueduct which is a fine example of ancient Roman architecture. There are also baths and the remains of an old theatre that are well worth a visit. This city was once a major trading hub and had 3 separate ports to transport goods across the world. It played a very important part in Turkey’s history and is not to be missed if you are a history enthusiast.
