A restaurant with a cooperation agreement with Tosashimizu City, Kochi Prefecture. The specialty of the restaurant is straw-grilled dishes, grilled in the restaurant!
We offer freshly grilled and aromatic dishes such as “Straw-baked bonito with salt”, “Straw-baked yellowtail”, “Straw-baked Shimanto pork”, etc. Please enjoy them with dry light Tosa sake!
You can also enjoy rare “Tosa Wagyu Beef” grilled on the straw.
