Highlights

Enjoy this food tour and discover what is the Estonian cuisine - Nordic with a twist, or a touch of Russia and a bit of German? You’ll enjoy around 7 food and drink stops combined with strolls around the old town and city centre. Enjoy the venues like: medieval thematic tavern, local café, chocolate museum and store, typical Estonian-cuisine restaurant, old pharmacy, and Baltic Station Market. Please note that the menu and drinks of individual stops might vary according to the season.
For cruise passengers the tour includes round-trip transportation from Tallinn Cruise Port to the old town and back. Your arrival transfer will include short introductory tour through part of the city centre and around Tallinn Old Town, which will be then followed by Tallinn Food Tour on foot. Approximately 1,5 hours prior your cruise ship leaves Tallinn you'll have a private transfer from the pre-designated meeting point in Tallinn Old Town to Tallinn Cruise Port gates (not guided).

Itinerary

Tallinn Food Tour takes you on a culinary excursion of the Old Town, including also stops at neighbouring Baltic Station Market and gives you a chance to experience the smells, flavours and stories of Estonian cuisine. You will also get to see some of the most beautiful parts of the Old Town and nearby Kalamaja quarter and hear exciting stories about Estonian history and the country today.

Tallinn Food Tour consists of around 6 food & drink stops based on local traditional and modern food, and some drinks. You will be served a soup, various traditional food samples, like black rye bread, open faced traditional for Estonia spiced sprat sandwiches, but also samples of modern Estonian cuisine. You will try out some local drinks, like 'Kali' and 'Kama', some local schnapps and sweets and a good cup of locally roasted coffee or a glass of local berry or fruit wine. 

Please note that food & drink stops and the menu can vary a bit depending on the season!
