Starter: Cold cucumber soup with crispy crostini
Menu 1 "Meat" 2nd course: Swabian potato salad with fresh herbs, strips of beef, orange salsa verde
AND main course: Ox cheeks braised in Merlot, seasonal vegetables, potato and celery mash
Menu 2 "Fish" 2nd course: Swabian potato salad with fresh herbs, seafood, orange salsa verde
AND main course: Fillet of salmon in buttered lime sauce, seasonal vegetables, potato and celery mash
Menu 3 "Green" 2nd course: Swabian potato salad with fresh herbs, orange salsa verde
AND main course: Falafel wedges with ratatouille, potato and celery mash, seasonal vegetables
Dessert: Sweet lasagne of nougat and marzipan flakes with bourbon vanilla sauce and fresh fruit
