On our experience we will cook the most authentic traditional Mayan style pork, we start getting to my house where I will show & explain you the ingredients of what we will be using to cook, we seasoning the meat, we will cover it with banana leaves and put it to cook for about 2 & a half hours, meanwhile it cooks we will take our bikes to go snorkel in four different cenotes each very different from the other & part of our community town, there's many cenotes around Tulum but we will visit those that are not comercial & those that just a few locas we know how to get to, after the cenotes exploration we will get back to my house to eat our Mayan style meal that we prepared in the morning, you can make your own tacos & eat many you want. As local Mayans we will love to share part of our culture teaching you how to cook the most authentic Mayan food in the Yucatan peninsula & show very local surroundings to keep you away from the huge commercial & crowded cenotes park.
