You will receive the Tickets after the booking, both through email and through WhatsApp by the local provider, on the phone number provided in the booking, within 24 hours from the entrance time. Please be sure to have "WhatsApp" installed on your phone and to check the attachment in the email, and be sure to save them on your mobile or to have a stable internet connection before the entry time.
For last minute and late night bookings, please be aware that the automatic system will send the tickets as soon as possible before the entrance time.
The Pantheon is one of the most highly demanded attractions in Rome. There may be some delays at the entrance for scanning barcodes. It may take between 10-15 minutes to enter.
Since the Pantheon is a Holy Place, knees and shoulders must be covered inside for everyone.
Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed.

Fast & easy all the way.
It was not a fast tracked experience because the instructions given by you guys were unclear. I did not know that I had to approach a tour representative to get my ticket and it is not helpful for me who doesn’t speak Italian to figure how the system without proper instructions. I have written to give you guys my feedback but haven’t heard back.
