Must Know
  • In accordance with the Puffing Billy Steam Railway schedule, please kindly have lunch before departing if feasible.
  • In the event that Puffing Billy is cancelled due to high temperatures, extreme weather, fire restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, a refund of $45 per adult and $22.5 per child will be issued. All other activities in the itinerary will proceed as planned. Please note that this does not entitle participants to cancel the entire tour. Thank you for your understanding.

Child Policy
  • Children aged 4 years and up to 15 years receive Child fare unless otherwise stated.
  • Children aged 4-15 travelling on a public day tour must be seated in an allocated seat and wear a seat belt.

Cancellation Policy
  • A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection.
  • No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
