We went towards the closing time with not much crowd. They timed the ropeway ride with mini cable car ride very well so you get to the top in a single flow. The view was great and with some really soft snow for the kids to have fun. Overall it was a short 1-2 hours fun for us but worth every penny. There's a free shuttle that brings you to / from the City Tram.
We experienced the first snowfall since arriving in Sapporo, on the cable car ride up Mt Moiwa. Sunset and nightfall with moderate snowing was truly unforgettable!
