Must Know
Included in your ticket is a guided tour of the estate (for individuals and small groups of up to 5 people only). These leave the Visitor Centre on the hour from 11am – 3pm daily.
Pre Purchase
Free entrance for one under-17 per paying adult and carers of disabled visitors
Reduced tickets onsite for students, jobseekers, and National Art Pass holders
Usage
Show your smartphone ticket at either the Visitor Centre desk or the Painted Hall desk
Public Guided Tours: Start from the Visitor Centre desk, from 11:00 – 15:00 daily
The Painted Hall Talk: Start from the Painted Hall, runs every 30 minutes from 11:00 – 16:00 daily
Please arrive 5–10 mins in advance of the tour
Your ticket is valid for entrance anytime during opening hours
Post Purchase
If you want to use a multimedia guide it is recommended to bring your own headphones for hygienic reasons. Any standard wired headphones are compatible with the devices. The devices are cleaned after each use.
