Great! I made a last minute decision to visit Summer Palace just the day before, and I have the visit planned for 9 am. They helped me secure the QR codes very quickly just before the tour started, and what I was surprised was the series of messages providing very detailed guides on how I should go about the tour and what I should see.
I am a very happy repeat customer. Ms Li has been utmost helpful in buying the tickets for me and providing very detailed directions, including how to get to the destination using different modes of transportation, the route to take within the attraction and where to use what QR codes. Highly recommended!
