Itinerary

  • Wagyu & Sake - Ushinobi Shinjuku

    You will learn Sake 101, including brewing techniques, history, and labels, in a small group with a sake sommelier over two hours. You will meet a sake expert from the international sake sommelier team in Shinjuku, the center of Tokyo, to learn about and sample various sakes. During the workshop, you will try more than six different types of sake to discover your favorite and create your own tasting chart. Enjoy sake while tasting locally sourced snacks paired with it to experience how sake complements your meal. If applicable, you will also have the opportunity to meet Japanese sake enthusiasts in Tokyo and learn some local tips.
