Hike to Morskie Oko Lake and back on this full-day trip into Poland’s wilderness. At about 7:30 AM, you’ll be picked up from your hotel and take the 2.5-hour journey from Krakow to Tatra National Park, Poland’s most-visited nature reserve. Once there, take an enjoyable 2.5-hour walk to Morskie Oko Lake. On your hike, you’ll pass by the beautiful Mickiewicz Waterfalls, whose roar can be heard for miles.
When you reach the lake, admire a stunning panoramic view of the High Tatra Mountains, including the highest peak in Poland — Rysy, at 2503 meters above sea level. After enough time to relax and enjoy lunch, embark on the return hike to the entrance of the park, where your driver will be waiting to take you back to Krakow.
