Itinerary
Toubkal
Day 1: Marrakech – Imlil – Toubkal Refuge After 1-hour drive to the small village of Imlil, we will meet our montain guide. We will start climbing through remote mountains and over several passes before finally arriving at the refuge where we spend the night. Day 2: Toubkal Refuge – Toubkal Summit – Imlil – Marrakech After an early breakfast, we will continue climbing to the highest peak in the Maghreb. Once we reach the summit of Toubkal, we will have a short break to take pictures and lunch then decent to Imlil where we will meet our driver to return back to Marrakech.

The Toubkal ascention requires a good physical shape and mountain equipment to spend this adventure in good conditions. Here is the list of the most recommended equipment for the Toubkal excursion: • One or two bags to take your luggage • A sleeping bag • A hat or cap • A windproof polar jacket or Softshell • Comfortable trekking pants • Waterproof hiking boots with good ankle support • Walking socks & mountain sticks • Pair of gloves • Flashlight or headlamp • Sunglasses • Toilet paper • Sun protection cream • Water bottles • Small garbage bag • Small first aid kit If you do not wish to buy this equipment, you can rent it in Imlil village
