Pick up in a safari 4WD from Diani beach or Mombasa shortly after lunch and drive to Kwale. Enter the park at around 3:30pm and start game drive in search of animals and birds. Enjoy a glass of wine for sundowner at Pengo hill before driving out to check in at Shimba Hills Lodge.
The 4-star antique treetop lodge has a wooden walk board and a pond full of water lilies beneath that attracts wading birds.
The park has the most beautiful landscape, only park to see the rare sable antelope and natural Sheldrick waterfall.
Check out on the last day from lodge after lunch. Back to your destination late afternoon.
