Highlights
Our private Muay Thai session is 1hour which includes stretching, warm-up, pad work, 3 rounds with the trainer and cool down. Our trainers have been working with all nationalities for the past 7 years. No experience is needed, just a willingness to try something new. We will provide all equipment. Shower and Toilet is available at the gym.
Itinerary
Bangarang Muay Thai
Learn the traditional thai sport of Muay Thai with a private 1 hour session with Chiang Mai Stadium fighter. No previous experience is required. - Warm-up - Muay Thai Technique - Bag work - Pad work - Cool down Choose from the following times for private 8-9 9-10 10-11am 1-2 2-3pm ** If you are interested in our group session (10:30-12) with lunch and transfers, please choose our other product.
