4. A separate fee is required for the Limited Express Romancecar.
5. Once you are done traveling, the Freepass must be returned at the final station of the trip .

Hakone Kamakura Passass holders who could not be boarded due to suspension may obtain a refund for the particular portion at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West or Odawara. Please note, only the particular transportation that have not been boarded in the whole trip will be refunded to you. - Please be sure to redeem your E-voucher at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West or Odawara before using it. The E-voucher cannot be used without redemption.
