Highlights
This is an alternative to a factory tour. If you wish to have a seat and taste wonderful Italian products and enjoy them.
We will do guided tastings of:
- cheese
- deli meats such as Parma ham
- wines (local and not)
- olive oil
Olive oil is not produced in Parma, but it's nice to taste the olive oil from other regions. Anyway, the products are customizable, so we can arrange them every time.
Itinerary

This is a multiple tastings class: you will learn and taste cheese, deli meats, wines, olive oil and much more! This tour does not go into the factories, but it's focused on food and wine in a single deli shop. It's possible to do a cooking class with food from any region in Italy! Tuscan wines, Apulian olive oil, orecchiette from Puglia, foods from Tuscany, seafood, recipes from other region or from the Parma region.
