• Each person is entitled to carry one piece of luggage for free, with no size restrictions (please inform us in advance when booking; if not notified in advance and the vehicle becomes crowded, the driver/guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided). For any additional luggage, a fee of 2,000 JPY per piece will be charged on-site.

  
  

• Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge; children aged 3 and above are charged as adults. If you fail to notify us about a child not occupying a seat, we reserve the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided.

  
  

• The tour guide will not contact passengers in advance. On the day of the tour, passengers must go to the meeting point independently and report to the guide or staff member wearing a 'yellow vest or holding a yellow GOGODAY flag'. Please cooperate and follow the guide's arrangements.

  
  

• Reference vehicles: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota Hiace or equivalent; 18-22 seater: Minibus; 22+ seater: Large bus. The vehicles listed above are for reference only; actual vehicles will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day.
