Itinerary

  • Kyogoyasan

    Experience the stunning views of the islands floating in the Seto Inland Sea, including the island of gods, Miyajima, and savor the local cuisine on the mountainside! This tour starts from Miyahama Onsen and includes a one-way trek of about 270m and one hour guided by an experienced guide to the peak of Mt. Kyogoya, which towers over Miyahama Onsen. One of the tour's highlights is the introduction of historical stories of Miyahama Onsen, Mt. Kyogoya, and Miyajima by the guide, and a lunch made with local ingredients enjoyed on the mountaintop. After the climb, you can relax and refresh at Miyahama Onsen.

Shoes: Climbing shoes (those with firm and uneven soles)

Others: hat, sunglasses, work gloves (We recommend wearing gloves when climbing rocky areas.)
Weather based decisions will be decided by the guide based on the weather forecast at noon the day before. If we decide to cancel, we will contact you by e-mail by 16:00 the day before.

Even if we decide to hold the event, if there is a sudden change in the weather on the day, we may decide to cancel for safety.
On the day, please use the restroom in advance and gather. There are no toilets in the mountains.
Climbing takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour, but the road is not paved. There are places where you will climb while using ropes on the way, so please prepare proper clothes.
We will carry out the tour in the case of light rain.
The end time of the experience may change depending on the situation.
Please understand that there is a risk of injury in the natural environment, and consider purchasing insurance yourself.
