Highlights

This two days safari tour will take you to the incredible Tarangire National Park only. You will have a time to explore the wildlife as you will be able to sport animals such as elephants, lions, giraffes, antelopes and more others within two days, something that will give you good experiences. The game tour will make your lifetime memory as inside there, you'll find a lot of animals that you can spot, safari will start from Zanzibar and end in Zanzibar.

Itinerary

Zanzibar to Arusha and Game Drive in Tarangire National Park

  • Tarangire National Park

    6 hoursAdmission Ticket Included
    Pick-up will be from your hotel in Zanzibar, and you will be transferred to Zanzibar International Airport to catch the 7:00am flight to Arusha Airport. Upon arrival at Arusha between 9:00am to 9:30am, our driver will meet you. The driver will take you for the game drive in Tarangire National Park for about 2 hours. After arriving in Tarangire National Park, check in and start the game drive at 1:00pm. You will stop for lunch before advancing with the game drive for the rest of the day. Later in the evening, at around 6:15pm, we will drive you to the camp for an overnight stay at Baobab Tented Lodge. The camp is inside the park, which allows for an early start of our game drive on the second day. Sleeping inside the park will help you feel the true nature of the park!

Sunrise Game Tarangire Drive and Return to Arusha and Flight to Zanzibar

    The day will start with breakfast at the camp at 7:00am, followed by the most stunning sunrise game drive. The game drive will extend to 1:00pm, and later we will return to Arusha Airport to catch a flight back to Zanzibar. Arrival in Zanzibar marks the end of your wonderful visit to Tanzania. Tarangire National Park is home to one of the largest elephant populations in Africa, with several herds of up to 300 members. In addition, there are large numbers of impalas, elands, buffaloes, giraffes, Bohor reedbuck, Coke’s hartebeest, Thompson’s gazelle, and the greater and lesser kudu. The unusual gerenuk and fringe–eared oryx are also seen on rare occasions.
