Additional information
- Daily: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Last entry: 2:30 PM
- Meet directly at the facility.
- Pickup information, if applicable, will be provided in the option notes.
- Maximum capacity is 10 participants per session.
- All snorkeling gear, SUP equipment, and life jackets will be provided.
- Towels, change of clothes, and swimsuits are not provided. Please bring your own.
- For cruising only, you may board in regular clothing without any special preparation. However, if you plan to participate in optional water activities, please bring swimwear, a change of clothes, and a towel.
- You are free to enjoy your time on board, but for your safety, please follow all staff instructions and avoid any dangerous behavior.
- Wearing a provided life jacket is mandatory. If safety rules are not followed or the staff deems it unsafe to continue, the cruise may be forcibly canceled.
- You will be required to fill out a medical questionnaire upon check-in. Depending on your responses, you may be denied participation in marine activities. In some cases, a doctor’s certificate may be required.
- If you have any history of neurological or cardiovascular conditions, do not self-diagnose — please consult us in advance.
- Note: If you are deemed unfit to join on the day, a 100% cancellation fee will still apply. Thank you for your understanding.
- Participants must be physically fit for marine activities.
- Those with neurological or cardiovascular conditions should consult the operator in advance.
- Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Participation eligibility for children is subject to safety assessment on the day.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
