- Located on the 1st floor near the Northeast Entrance, opposite Jin Ying Restaurant.
- Free shuttle buses available from major transportation hubs.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the show; earlier (1 hour) if collecting physical tickets.
- Seats are automatically assigned; requests for seat selection cannot be accommodated.
- Single or non-adjacent seats may be allocated due to limited availability.
- If separate bookings are made, seats may not be assigned together.
- Photography, videography, and use of recording equipment are strictly prohibited.
- Performance includes strobe lights, loud sound effects, pyrotechnics, fog, water splashes, and motorcycle stunts.
- Security checks may be required before entering the venue.
- Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Viewing not recommended for children under 6.
- Every attendee must hold a ticket, except children aged 2 or below who do not require a seat (ID required).
- Each adult may accompany only one child without a ticket.
- Children ≤2 years: Free if not occupying a seat (ID required).
- Ages 3–6: Not recommended but allowed with ticket.
- Ages 7–12: Must be accompanied by an adult.
- Ages 13+: Standard tickets apply.
- Valid passport or ID (required for verification).
- E-voucher or printed confirmation.
- Comfortable clothing and shoes (mandatory; barefoot guests not admitted).
- Waterproof gear recommended for splash zone seating.
- Once confirmed, e-ticket will be sent via email.
- If no QR code is provided, ticket must be collected at the City of Dreams counter with valid ID.
- Some plans may require manual confirmation depending on seat availability.
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes allowed once tickets are purchased.
- If reservation cannot be made or seats are unavailable, a refund will be issued.
- Present your e-voucher and passport on-site.
- If a QR code is included in your confirmation, scan it directly at the entrance.
- Seat number will appear in the “Pre-departure Reminder” section of your voucher.

The show is awesome although we met some technical issues during the show. It’s definitely the best choice when visiting Macau.
