Your cooking class will start at the Hoi An food market where you will learn about some Vietnamese words that can be used to bargain with local people about what you will buy at the market. Discover and exchange culinary culture between you and the local people through the selection of fresh, clean foods to prepare for your upcoming cooking class. Next, we will take a short walk to the parking lot to move to Cam Thanh Fishing Village. Here, we will take a short boat ride along the banks of the Thu Bon River (45 minutes) to enjoy and admire the unique ecological coconut forest in the village before your cooking class starts. Our Chef, a professional chef with many years of experience, will demonstrate and share with you the steps to cook unique dishes that are only offered locally.
